MobileMail To Buy Into TxtNation
UK-based MobileMail has announced plans to buy 49 percent of compatriot txtNation for 1.25 million pounds (US$2.5 million) in cash and US$7 million in stock over an 11 month period. TxtNation provides mobile messaging, content and billing services, and MobileMail (which targets the PC-to-mobile communication market) is buying into it with plans to provide an end-to-end solution for companies in the mobile industry.
